No shade to the gym 😄 but it wasn’t for me when I started my fitness journey 😬

When I was struggling to lose 30lbs, I was not super comfortable at the gym and I was bored of traditional exercise.

I wasted wayyyy too much time doing things I hated because I thought it would give me better results (🚨spoiler alert: it didn’t)
