1. What if I can’t do all the workouts every week?

You can do all of the workouts at-home [no gym required] and most of the workouts are shorter [around 30 minutes]. It’s easy and convenient to fit into your schedule. It’s OK if you can’t do every workout each week. This program is not about being perfect but showing up the best you can!

2. What if I can’t make the live calls?

You can submit your questions ahead of time and there will always be a replay provided after the calls so you don’t miss anything.

3. Will I need a lot of equipment for this program?

Not at all! Most of the workouts in the program require little to no equipment to get started. I do recommend a mat, a pair of weights and a resistance band if you’d like to take things to the next level.

4. Are the recipes complicated or do they require a lot of hard to find ingredients?

The recipes have simple to find ingredients and are designed to get you in and out of the kitchen in less time.
