1. What kind of results can I expect?

Results will vary based on factors like age, starting weight, and adherence to your program. But on average, clients experience more energy, better mood, increased strength, and noticeable weight loss within the first 30 days!

2. Do I have to count calories?

You’ll start with the Party Plate Formula—building meals that work for you.And then, we can layer in tracking tools once you feel comfortable.

3. Will I need a lot of equipment for this program?

You don’t need any equipment if you’re a beginner, although you can use cans or water bottles if you’d like a little resistance.

Here is what I recommend you invest in for better results:

  • A workout mat
  • A pair of medium dumbbells [between 5-8 lbs] and a pair of heavy dumbbells [between 10-15 lbs to start]
  • A loop resistance [booty] band

4. Is this just a meal plan? Are the recipes complicated or do they require a lot of hard to find ingredients?

Better. You’ll get visuals, examples, and flexibility to create meals you actually enjoy—and don’t feel like “diet food.”

The recipes have simple to find ingredients and are designed to get you in and out of the kitchen in less time.
